摘要
PTA装置氧化反应尾气中的氧体积分数是影响生产的安全、稳定运行的关键指标。根据氧化反应尾气组分、腐蚀性及工艺要求等特点,从磁力机械式氧分析仪的结构原理、试样处理系统的设计、现场使用注意事项及误差分析等方面介绍了在线氧分析仪在PTA装置中的应用,强调了磁力机械式氧分析仪选用方法和使用过程中应注意的问题,对在线氧分析仪的合理选用和正确使用提出了建议。
Oxygen volume concemrauon in off-gas of oxidation reaction in pure terephthalic acid(PTA) unit is key parameter that influences safe and stable production operation. According to characteristic of off-gas components, strong corrosion and process requirement, application of online oxygen analyzer in PTA plant is introduced from aspects of structure principle of magneto-dynamic oxygen analyzer, design of sample processing system, on site application attentions and measuring error analysis. Notes of using magneto-dynamic oxygen analyzer and its selection are stressed. Proper selection and application of online analyzer are suggested.
