摘要
采集菏泽地区发病鸡场疑似鸡白痢病鸡的泄殖腔棉拭子,进行细菌分离,并对分离细菌进行生化鉴定、血清型鉴定和药敏试验。结果显示,分离得到32株鸡白痢沙门氏菌,其中16株O9、10株O1、6株O12,分别占50%、31.25%、18.75%;分离株对头孢噻肟、丁胺卡那霉素、多黏菌素B表现出高敏感性,敏感菌株的比率分别为93.8%、90.6%、84.4%,对四环素、磺胺嘧啶、诺氟沙星表现出高的耐受性,耐受菌株的比率分别为100%、78.1%、71.9%。可见,头孢噻肟、丁胺卡那霉素、多黏菌素B可作为菏泽地区养鸡场防治鸡白痢沙门氏菌病的首选药物,其他药物须减少或暂停使用。
Biochemical test,serological test and susceptibility test were used to identify the isolates from 39 suspected pullorum specimens of chicks which were collected from Heze farms.The results showed that 32 Salmonella pullorum strains were isolated and 10 strains were O1,16 strains were O9 and 6strains were O12,so the rate of isolates was 50%,31.25% and 18.75%,respectively.Thirty-two Salmonella pullorum isolates were high-sensitive to Cefotaxime,Amikacin and Polymyxin B,the rate of sensitive isolates was 93.8%,90.6% and 84.4%respectively.They showed high endurability to Tetracycline,Sulfadiazine and Norfloxacin,and the rate of tolerance isolates was 100%,78.1% and 71.9% respectively.It is suggested that Cefotaxime,Amikacin and Polymyxin B can be used in Heze,and the others should not be used at present.
