摘要
以混合熔剂熔融试样,用盐酸浸取酸化并还原高价锰,定容后移取部分试液,通过控制测定各元素时的酸度及沉淀分离除去有关干扰元素后,分别用硅钼蓝光度法测定SiO2,EDTA滴定法测定Al2O3,EGTA滴定法和CyDTA滴定法测定CaO和MgO。以盐酸、磷酸溶解试样,用高氯酸酸化,硫酸亚铁铵滴定法测定TMn。实验证明,该方法操作简便、快速,有较好的精密度和准确度,能满足冶金生产的需求。
Mixed in flux melting sample, this article, with hydrochloride dip to take acidification and restore high Mn, will fix the capacity to move off the part of try liquid, then it will control the determination in each element, such as acidity and the precipitation separation to remove the related interference elements, respectively in Si-Mo blue photometric method to determine SiO2, in EDTA titration method to determine Al2O3 and in CaO, CyDTA titration method to determine MgO. It is useful to dissolve samples with hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid, with perchloric acid oxidation of ammonium ferrous sulfate in titration method for the determination of TMn. Experiments show that the method is simple, rapid, and it will have better precision and accuracy to meet the needs of metallurgical production.
