摘要
针对日益增长的对复合加工的需求,要求能在一台数控装置中,在符合加工工艺的要求下,将传统的串行工艺并行化来实现多任务的并发执行,这也就意味着需要多通道多轴之间的协调控制,同时多任务的并发执行,要求任务与任务之间互相独立,互不影响,这也需要多方式组多通道控制技术。在研究了多方式组多通道控制技术在数控系统上的应用的基础上,提出了一种多通道间的协调同步策略和多通道控制下的多轴交换策略,从而解决了单一产品加工生产周期慢,产品精度低的问题,达到了缩短数控产品的生产周期与创新周期,提高产品的质量及精度的目的。
For the growing demand of complex processing,it is required in a CNC device,in line with the request process,the traditional serial process parallelism to achieve concurrent execution of multiple tasks,which also implies the need for more coordinated multi-channel with multi-axis control,concurrent execution of multiple tasks simultaneously,it is required that tasks are independent of each other,which also requires CNC system of multi-mode group multi-channel's control. This paper describes a set of multi-channel multi-mode control technology in the application of numerical control systems,as well as coordination between synchronous multi-channel and multi-channel,multi-axis control exchange strategy. To solve the single product processing production cycle is slow,low product precision problem,To achieve the point the production cycle and innovation cycle shortened,improving quality,precision products.
