摘要
在此前提出的开放式数控系统的基础上,引入以太网技术,重点对开放式数控系统中的加工形状远程设计和加工过程远程仿真进行了研究。系统能够通过以太网实现远程加工形状的设计,同时能够实现远程的对加工过程的同步仿真,再现加工过程,以便于加工检测与故障诊断,发现设计中存在的问题,及时改正。仿真采用OpenGL技术实现,能够实现动态三维仿真。
Based on the research on an Open CNC System presented before,Ethernet technology is applied to it,and presents a method of long-distance workpiece shape design and machining process simulation of the CNC system. The method allows long-distance design of the workpiece shape and long-distance simulation of the machining process. The simulation can make machining process testing and fault diagnosis convenient. Also,through the simulation,defaults in the design can be found and modified in time. OpenGL is adopted to realize the simulation,and it is helpful for three-dimensional simulation.
