摘要
为了有效解决凸球面抛光的难题,文章通过UG/CAM实现了基于螺旋线算法的凸球面抛光轨迹的生成,并运用UG/Post Builder创建的后置处理文件将刀位轨迹转化为数控程序。基于UG/CAD与VERICUT完成虚拟机床和抛光刀具的建模,然后调用数控程序,最终实现凸球面抛光过程的仿真。仿真结果验证了文中规划的抛光轨迹的可行性,并能够有效检测抛光过程中的碰撞问题。
In order to solve the problem of convex spherical surface polishing,the generation of polishing path for convex spherical surface based on the algorithm of spiral was achieved by UG /CAM software. The polishing path was converted into the NC program by using the post-processing files created by UG /Post Builder. The model of virtual machine and polishing tool was completed by using the software of UG /CAD and VERICUT. Ultimately,the simulation of convex spherical polishing process was achieved by calling the NC program. Simulation results verify the feasibility of the polishing path generated in this paper,and the problem of collisions in polishing process can be detected effectively.
