摘要
对42份引进燕麦材料在株高、千粒重、主穗小穗数、轮层数、主穗粒重等12个农艺性状及遗传多样性进行了分析评价。结果表明:各材料遗传多样性指数均较大,主穗小穗数的多样性最高,其次是空铃数、主穗粒重和千粒重;变异系数最大的性状是空铃数,其次是主穗粒重、主穗小穗数和千粒重。各材料间具有丰富的遗传多样性。根据材料间各性状的遗传差异,对供试材料进行聚类分析,42份燕麦材料在距离系数为7.0时可被划分为5类。这些类型为青海地区燕麦育种提供了良好亲本材料。
The genetic diversity in plant height, 1 000 - seed weight, spikelet number of main ear, wheel number, seed - weight of main ear grain and other biological character of 42 oat martials intro- duced to the Qinghai province were analysised and evaluated. The results showed that the genetic diversity index of biological diversity were larger, and the genetic diversity of the germplasm resources were abundant ; the genetic diversity index of spikelet number of main ear was the maximal, the number of the empty the boll, seed - weight of main ear and 1 000 seed - weight were the next ; the variation coefficient of the number of the empty the boll was the maximal, seed - weight and spikelet number of main ear and 1 000 seed - weight were the next. According to genetic difference of every char- acteristics among varieties, cluster analysis indicated that the 42 germplasm resources could be classified into 5 groups at distance coefficients of 7.0, which provide excellent parent materials in Qinghai.
