摘要
试验研究了高硅低品位锰矿与黄铁矿在加压条件下浸出反应的工艺原理和过程,讨论了硫酸用量、黄铁矿用量、浸出温度、浸出时间、液固比等工艺条件对锰浸出率的影响。试验研究结果表明,在最佳浸出条件下,锰浸出率可达到97%以上。
The technical principle and process of leaching reaction for high silicon low grade manganese ore and pyrite under the pressurized condition is researched,and the effect of the following process on manganese leaching efficiency conditions are discussed,which are sulfuric acid dosage,pyrite dosage,leaching temperature,leaching time,liquid-solid ratio and so on.The experimental study result shows that the leaching efficiency of manganese can reach to more than 97% under the best leaching conditions.
