摘要
在分析电磁继电器的结构及工作原理的基础上,结合该公司研发、生产和工程实践的积累,总结了电磁继电器在通信设备中使用的、常见的失效模式及失效机理;并按照失效分析的基本准则,通过两个具体案例的分析研究,阐述了电磁继电器的固有质量、应用设计质量和物料选型等三者在产品中同等的重要性,对改进产品设计和提高产品可靠性所具有的重要意义。
Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of electromagnetic relay and the author’s experiences on R & D, production and engineering practices, the common failure modes and failure mechanisms of electromagnetic relays used in communication equipment are summarized. In accordance with the basic norms of failure analysis, two specific cases are studied. It is shown that the inherent quality, application design quality and the material selection are equally important and significant to improve product design and reliability.
