摘要
文中主要以太原房地产市场为研究目标,采取几个比较典型的项目数据作为数据来源,运用聚类分析的方法研究目前影响太原房地产市场销售率的主要因素,从而为以后房地产开发企业的市场和产品定位给予一定的指导作用。
This article mainly to taiyuan real estate market as the research target,choose several typical project data source at present,using the method of cluster analysis research the main factors influencing the taiyuan real estate market sales,for real estate development enterprise in the market and product positioning to give certain guidance function.
