摘要
挖掘机在当代各项工程建设中有着广泛的应用,工作环境较为恶劣。工作装置是挖掘机作业时的直接受载部件,作业对象不定,在工作过程中的运动与受力情况非常复杂,其设计水平和工作寿命是挖掘机工作装置工作性能优劣的重要标志。本文根据挖掘机工作装置的作业特点,对其进行有限元分析和疲劳寿命分析。
Excavators have a wide application in various modern constructions under relatively harsh working environment. Working device is the directly stressed member on an excavator, having no particular job object and working with complex movements and forces. The design level and service life are the significant standards for the performance of an excavator working device. Based on the operation characteristics of the excavator working device, this paper has conducted the finite element analysis and fatigue life analysis.
