摘要
目的探讨对独生子女精神分裂症患者进行健康教育干预,以期减少疾病复发,改善社会功能。方法通过阳性阴性量表及护理观察量表(NOSIE)对38例独生子女精神分裂症患者和38例非独生子女患者进行健康教育前后调查比较,利用灵活多变的护理健康教育形式对独生子女精神分裂症患者及其家属进行科学的健康教育。结果教育计划与治疗能降低患者住院时间,提高疗效,提高社会功能提高服药依从性。结论对独生子女进行科学的个性化健康教育方式,可提高患者的服药依从性与社会功能,降低复发率,对患者的回归社会有积极的影响。
Objective To reduce the recurrence of disease,improve curative effect and social function. by educating singleton schizophrenia patients. Methods 38 cases of one- child and 38 cases of not only children schizophrenia patients were compared before and after health education program,efficavy was evaluated by positive negative scale and nursing observation scale( NOSIE). Results The educational program for patients had efficacy including reduce the length of hospital stay,improve curative effect,improve social function and medication adherence. Conclusion The scientific individualized health education program for one-child schizophrenia patients can improve medication compliance,social function,decrease relapse,and help patients to return society.
