摘要
文章从家禽羽毛角蛋白的结构和理化特性、禽类羽毛的主要加工工艺(蒸汽高温高压水解、酶解-水解法、微生物发酵等)、家禽羽毛加工产品在畜牧生产中的应用等方面进行介绍,并对禽类羽毛的应用前景进行了展望。
The structure and several physical and chemical properties of the poultry feather keratin were intro-duced in the paper and three feather processing technologies (the hydrolysis method under high temperature andhigh-pressure, the enzymatic-hydrolysis method, and the bio-fermentation method) were referred. Moreover, the ap-plications of poultry feather products in animal production were summarized. The great potential for poultry featherproducts was also discussed.
