摘要 顶岗实习中影响学生职业承诺的因素有很多,要改善实习效果、提升学生职业承诺水平,则需要学校、企业、学生、家长等多方共同努力。校方应坚持以学生为中心,通过与企业合作开发顶岗实习课程标准,强化实习基地育人功能,组织"双向选择、三方协议"招聘会,规范顶岗实习组织运行流程,召开顶岗实习成果总结交流会等举措,以实现学生的高质量实习和就业。 There are numerous factors that influence the occupational commitment via practical internship. Mutual efforts made by colleges, enterprises, students and parents are needed to improve the results of internship and raise the level of occupational commitment of students. Colleges should adhere to the principle of "students-centered"; adopt the curricu- lum standards developed by "college-enterprise cooperation"; strengthen practice base's function of education; organize "two-way choice and tripartite agreement" recruitment; standardize the organizational and operational process of practical internship; hold meetings of communication and summary of practical internship results, etc. The above-mentioned strategies aim at realizing the high-quality employment of college students.
