2012—2013年江苏省东海县食品污染物理化指标监测结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis on monitoring results of physical and chemical indexes of food contaminants in Donghai County of Jiangsu from 2012-2013

摘要 目的了解江苏省东海县2012—2013年食品污染物中铅、镉、汞、砷、铝的污染状况,为食品污染物检测和食品安全的危险性评价提供科学依据。方法按照《江苏省食品安全风险监测方案》的要求,对随机抽取的5大类共95份样品进行理化项目的检测,并将监测结果进行统计分析。结果检测5大类食品95份,汞的检出率最高,为90.53%,其中肉类中的汞含量最高,均值为0.034 9 mg/kg。其次是镉,检出率为87.37%;水海产品中镉的平均含量为0.032 0 mg/kg。铅,砷和铝的检出率分别为78.95%,22.11%,70.00%。结论不同种类食品受重金属的污染程度不同,应重点加强对有重金属汞污染的食品的监督管理,以提高食品安全性。 [ Objective ] To understand the pollution status of lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic and aluminum in food in Donghai County of Jiangsu from 2012-2013, provide a scientific basis for food contaminant detection and food safety risk assessment. [ Methods ] According to the requirements of Jiangsu food safety risk monitoring program, 95 food samples of 5 categories were randomly selected to detect the physical and chemical indexes, and the monitoring results were analyzed statistically. [ Results ] In 95 food samples of 5 categories, the detection rate of mercury was the highest ( 90.53% ) , and the highest mercury level was found in meat samples, which was 0.034 9 mg/kg. The detection rate of cadmium got the second place, and the average content of cadmium in aquatic product and seafood was 0.032 0 mg/kg. The detection rate of lead, arsenic and aluminum was 78.95% , 22.11% and 70. 00%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The levels of heavy metal contamination in varied types of food are different. It is important to strengthen the supervision and management on food with mercury contamination, to improve food safety.
