摘要
为了规范领导干部从政行为,完善干部监督机制,促进廉政建设,准确界定领导干部任期内经济责任,解决"新官不理旧账"等问题,使领导干部交得清楚、接得明白,漯河市郾城区积极探索领导干部离任经济事项交接工作。开展领导干部离任交接工作,是加强干部监督管理、督促领导干部廉洁自律的重要环节,是从源头上预防和治理腐败、促进领导干部廉洁勤政的治本措施。
