摘要
现浇空心楼盖技术因其可大幅度减轻楼盖自重增加楼层净高、具备保温隔热隔声及显著改善建筑使用功能的特点,而被广泛应用于地下车库、商场、多层与高层工业与民用建筑中。该文通过与传统现浇混凝土楼盖、预应力混凝土楼盖从工程造价、工期变化等进行对比分析,阐述了空心楼盖在工程应用中的经济技术优势。
Cast-in-site hollow floor diaphragm technology is widely applied in underground garage, shopping mall and multistoried and high-rise industri-al and civil building for it can drastically reduce self-weight and increase floor headroom, and has the advantages of excellent heat insulation, thermal in-sulation, sound insulation and significant improvement of building function. Through the contrastive analysis on the construction costs and construction period change of the traditional cast-in-situ floor diaphragm and pre-stressed cast-in-situ floor diaphragm, the technological and economic superiority of hollow floor diaphragm in engineering is presented.
