摘要
目的探讨应用Modified Kugel补片行腹股沟疝修补术的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2010年8月至2012年7月,北京市利康医院采用腹膜前修补腹股沟疝74例患者的临床资料。结果手术时间30～90 min,平均55 min;住院时间3～8 d,平均6.3 d。术后并发症少,不适症状较轻,切口全部一期愈合,手术后随访6～24个月,无复发。结论采用Modified Kugel补片行腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术具有全腹股沟修补的特点,安全有效、降低复发,术后恢复快。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Modified Kugel mesh for inguinal hernia repair. Methods A total of 74 cases of inguinal hernia who underwent preperitoneal repair in Beijing Likang Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean operation time was 55 minutes （rang from 30 to 90 minutes）, the mean length of hospital stay was 6.3 days （ rang from 3 to 8 days）. Few postoperative complications and light discomfort were observed, and all incisions were primary healing. After follow-up for 6 to 24 months, no recurrence was found. Conclusion Preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair with Modified Kugel mesh has the characteristics of whole inguinal repair, which is safe, effective, lower recurrence and faster postoperative recovery.
