摘要
变温压差膨化干燥技术是近年来发展起来的一种新型、环保、节能的非油炸膨化干燥技术。介绍了变温压差膨化干燥技术的原理及其产品特点、阐述了物料厚度、预干燥原料含水量、膨化温度、停滞时间、膨化压力、抽空温度、抽空时间等影响产品质量的主要工艺参数,并对该技术的发展前景进行了展望。
The technology of explosion puffing drying at modified temperature and pressure is a new ,envi-ronmentally-friendly and energy-saving technology ,instead of fried puffing drying technology .In this paper ,the research progress on the technology principle and its products characteristics were reviewed .Technological pa-rameters affecting the quality of the products , such as material thickness , water content , puffing temperature , puffing pressure ,vacuum temperature ,vacuum time and so on ,were discussed .Moreover ,the development pros-pect of this technology was discussed .
