129例三尖瓣成形术后随访分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价三尖瓣成形术后一年随访结果,对比不同手术方式预后效果.方法:回顾性分析2008年~2012年期间129例患者行三尖瓣成形手术的患者资料,在术后5d、三个月、一年复查心脏彩超,检测三尖瓣返流情况及肺动脉压力指标.结果:采用Kay式行三尖瓣成形组与De Vega术式行三尖瓣成形组一年复查三尖瓣返流量差异无统计学意义,但与采用人工瓣环成形组对比有统计学意义(P<0.01);采用人工瓣环成形组肺动脉压力低于对其他两组,差异显著(P<0.01).结论:使用人工瓣环成形技术行三尖瓣瓣环环缩在一年随访观察,明显减少返流问题,同时减少右心功能不全、肺动脉高压等相关并发症的发生. Objective:To evaluate the effect of Tricuspid valvoplasty 1-year postoperative consequence,contrast the result of different operative type. Methods:129 patients undergoing tricuspid valvoplasty during from 2008 to2012, To detect the recurrence of tricuspid regurgitation and pulmonary artery pressure at 5 day postoperative, 3month postoperative, 1 year postoperative. Results:Use Kay's bicuspidate valvuloplasty and De Vega's tricuspid valvoplasty have no difference in postoperative,but contrast with use artificial valvular ring had higher significantly,and the pulmonary pressure lower than the other two sets. Conclusion:At the 1-year clinical follow up, use of artificial valvular ring to reinforce tricuspid valve ring can reduce functional tricuspid regurgitation, release right heart insufficiencyand pulmonaryhypertension.
