摘要
高职的校园文化建设是一个复杂的系统工程,在创造、创新、创业人才培养过程中,应从更新教育思想着手,着力塑造校园人文精神、提升校园行为文化、促进校园制度文化和物质文化的不断提高,积极建设和谐向上的校园文化,改善学生的知识结构、思想品德、思维和心理素质,实现培养"三创"型人才的目的。
The construction of campus culture in higher vocational education is a complex engineering system . In the process of cultivating the creative ,innovative ,entrepreneurial talents ,we should update the educational theory ,focusing on shaping the campus spiritual culture ,enhancing campus behavior culture ,promoting campus system culture and material culture constantly ,building a harmonious and progressive campus culture actively ,improving the structure of knowledge ideological and moral ,thinking and psychological quality for the students ,with the aim of cultivating “three creative” talents .
