摘要
对叉车常用堆垛高度进行稳定性试验,得出粗略载荷曲线。稳定系数法不能真实反映叉车稳定载荷情况,且叉车受载后货物质心发生变化对载荷稳定性有影响。采用质心法对叉车稳定性载荷进行研究,同时综合考虑叉车门架受载变形、多级门架移动副配合间隙、滚轮与叉车门架槽钢接触变形、货物质心偏载等因素对叉车稳定载荷的影响。以诺力机械股份有限公司某型号堆垛叉车为例,求出其载荷曲线,并通过稳定试验验证其正确。
This paper gives a test for the stability of usual stacking height to get a rough load curve. The stability coefficient can not real y reflect the stable condition of forklift load,besides the center of gravity shift of goods affects the loading stability of the forklift. The centroid method is used to research on the forklift loading stability,meanwhile the influencing factors of forklift loading stability are considered, such as the deformation of forklift mast after loading, the fit clearance of the multiple mast’ s prismatic pair, the deformation due to the contact of the wheel with truck door frame channel steel, the centre of gravity shift of goods. The stacking forklift of Connaught Machinery Co., Ltd.,is taken for examlpe to count the load curve which is confirmed through the stability experiments.
