摘要
目的:研究沙美特罗( SM)联合丙酸氟替卡松( FP)对儿童中度支气管哮喘( BA)患儿呼气峰流速( PEF)占预计值百分比、外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数( PBEC)等水平变化的影响。方法选择2012年2月至2013年2月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院66例确诊为中度BA患儿,以数字法随机分成观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组以布地奈德治疗,观察组则以SM联合FP(即舒利迭)治疗。对比两组治疗前后PEF占预计值的百分比及PBEC水平情况以及疗效。结果观察组治疗后PEF占预计值的百分比为(81±4)%,显著高于治疗前的(67±3)%以及对照组治疗后的(76±4)%;观察组治疗后的PBEC水平为(544±91)×106/L,显著低于治疗前的(762±87)×106/L以及对照组治疗后的(592±82)×106/L;观察组总有效率为93.94%,显著高于对照组的69.70%;差异均有统计学意义( P均﹤0.05)。结论 SM联合FP药物治疗中度BA患儿可明显提升疗效,改善患儿肺部功能,效果显著,值得临床推荐。
Objective To study the effects of Salmeterol( SM ) combined with fluticasone propionate( FP)on PEF rate,PBEC of children patients with bronchial asthma( BA). Meth-ods From February 2012 to February 2013,a total of 66 children were chose with moderate BA. They were digital randomly divided into the observation group(33 cases)and the control group(33 cases). The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with SM combined with FP. The PEF accounting rate and PBEC levels before and after treatment,as well as the efficacy of the situation. Results After treatment,PEF of the observation group accounted for(81 ± 4)%,which was significantly higher than that before treatment(67 ± 3)% and the control group after treatment(76 ± 4 )%. The PBEC( × 106/L)level was 544 ± 91 after treatment in the observation,which was significant-ly less than that before treatment(762 ± 87),and that of the control group after treatment was 592 ± 82. The total effective rate was 93. 94%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(69. 70%). The differences were all significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusions SM com-bined with FP drugs for the treatment of moderate BA children,can not only significantly improve the ef-ficacy,but also improve the lung function of children. The effect is significant,which is worthy of recom-mendation.
