摘要
为了解决转炉非驱动侧设备笨重、安装调整困难、易发生轴向卡死、铰支承销轴易断裂等问题,提出一种新型的耳轴轴承装置,即轴瓦滑套结构,该结构设置在轴承外圈和轴承座之间,由内垫环、滑套结构和导向键组成,当转炉耳轴托圈受热而膨胀变形时,轴承和滑套一起沿导向槽轴向滑移,因导向结构的存在,轴承不会发生周向偏转,更不会出现轴向卡死,提高了轴承的使用寿命和工作性能。
In order to solve the problems of bulky equipment, installation and adjustment difficulties, easily axial stuck, easily broken pin of hinge supporting on converter of the non-drive side, this paper proposes a new device of the trunnion bearing, that the slip structure of the bearing pad, which is set in between the bearing outer ring and housing, consists of the pad ring, sliding sleeve structure and the guide keys. when thermal expansion deformation of the trunnion ring on the converter occurs, bearing and slide bushing will be axial slippage along the guide groove, because of the existence of the guide structure, bearing does not occur circumferential deflection, but does not appear axial stuck, improves the life and performance of the bearing.
