内压作用下圆柱壳周向斜接管结构设计分析 被引量:9

摘要 周向斜接管结构应用广泛,但相对于径向和轴向斜接管结构,尚缺乏完整的设计方法研究。采用有限元法较为系统地计算了不同结构参数下受内压圆柱壳周向斜接管结构的弹性应力,绘制了不同开孔参数下等效薄膜应力及等效薄膜加弯曲应力集中系数Km,K图。研究结果表明,内压下圆柱壳周向斜接管结构的等效薄膜应力及等效薄膜加弯曲应力集中系数均低于同参数时的圆柱壳径向接管结构,周向斜接管有限元解与Mershon公式得到的结果存在一定差异。该研究结果可为内压作用下周向斜接管结构工程设计提供依据。 The hillside nozzle structure is widely used in many fields,but it is still lack of systematic study of design methods compared with the radial nozzle structure and the axial oblique nozzle structure. The e-lastic stress of pressurized cylinder with hillside nozzle under different structural parameters were calculat-ed systematically by finite element method, and the curves of equivalent membrane stress concentration factor &the equivalent membrane plus bending stress concentration factor under different opening param-eters were drawn. The results show that the equivalent membrane stress concentration factor and the equiv-alent membrane plus bending stress concentration factor of the hillside nozzle structure were lower than those of the radial nozzle structure under the same parameters. There is a certain error between the results from Mershon formula and finite element solution. The results of this study may provide the basis for engi-neering design of the hillside nozzle structure.
