摘要
传统通孔型水晶釜底部台阶处的应力集中是导致水晶釜应力腐蚀失效的主要原因。基于该原因对底部结构提出优化设计模型与优化措施,从而改善应力集中状况和密封性能。
Considering the fact that stress concentration on the conventional crystal reactor's bottom can result in stress corrosion cracking( SCC),the optimal design of the bottom structure and the optimization measures were proposed so that stress concentration and sealing performance can be improved.
