基于计算机仿真的压力容器封头焊接及热处理过程分析

摘要 以压力容器封头三层焊道的焊接结构为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件对其焊接过程及热处理过程的温度场和应力场进行了分析.结果表明,焊接过程中峰值温度较为稳定,焊缝和热影响区的温度梯度较大,远离热源处的温度梯度较小,在热处理的保温阶段封头温度基本保持在550℃不变.焊后的残余应力沿着焊缝分布,外表面焊缝上的等效残余应力为295-413 MPa,最大等效残余应力位于焊缝末端处,大小为530 MPa.热处理后的等效残余应力为213-298 MPa,经过高温回火后的残余应力得到了明显改善. This paper took the pressure vessel head three-pass welding structure as the research object,and analyzed the temperature field and stress field of the welding process and heat treatment process with ANSYS software.The resuhs show that the peak temperature was relatively stable during the welding process,the temperature gradient of the weld and heat affected zone was larger while was smaller away from heat source center.The temperature of vessel head remained at 550 9C in thermal insulation stage of heat treatment.The residual stress distributed along the weld after welding,the equivalent residual stress on the outer surface of weld was between 295 MPa and 413 MPa.The maximum equivalent residual stress was in the weld at the end which size of 530 MPa.The equivalent residual stress was between 213 MPa and 298 MPa 'after heat treatment which had been significantly improved after hightemperature tempering.
