以AP1000核电项目为工程背景,介绍了ASME规范部件焊接工艺评定开展的依据,阐述了ASME IX的执行版本应为当前版本,说明了ASME IX升版对原有焊接工艺评定的影响,并从三个方面分析了ASME IX升版后对母材分组的影响。
In the engineering background of AP1000 nuclear power project,introduces the basis of welding procedure qualification for ASME components,expounds that the actual execution version of ASME IX should be the current version, illustrates the influence of ASME IX revision on original WPQ,and analyzes the influence of ASME IX revision on material groupings from three aspects.
