红花注射液对急性肺损伤小儿患者血清TNF-α及IL-8水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:红花注射液对急性肺损伤小儿患者血清TNF-α及IL-8水平的影响。方法:选取近期我院收治的急性肺损伤小儿患者60例,分为损伤组和红花注射液治疗组,损伤组常规应用药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,加入红花注射液治疗。选取同期体检的健康儿童30例,作为正常对照组。以ELISA法检测各组血清TNF-α及IL-8水平。结果:与正常对照组相比,急性肺损伤小儿患者组血清TNF-α及IL-8水平明显升高(P<0.05),与损伤组相比,红花注射液治疗组患者TNF-α及IL-8水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:红花注射液通过抑制急性肺损伤小儿患者血清TNF-α及IL-8水平来减轻肺损伤。 Objective:To study the change of the serum TNF-α, IL-8 with the Honghua injection in children with acute lung injury. Methods:Children were randomly divided into three groups, normal control group, the acute lung injury group and the Honghua treatment group, the serum TNF-α, IL-8 were observed by ELISA. Results:The level of the serum TNF-α, IL-8 in the Honghua treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05), compared with the acute lung injury group, the level of the serum TNF-α, IL-8 in the Honghua treatment group were significantly decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Honghua injection could improve the injury of lungs through inhibit levels of the serum TNF-αand IL-8 in children with acute lung injury.
