摘要
目的:使用由大黄、川芎、白芷制成的溃疡油在社区门诊换药治疗糖尿病足,观察伤口愈合情况。方法:将54名社区糖尿病足患者随机分成实验组、对照组。实验组使用由大黄、川芎、白芷制成的溃疡油对糖尿病足伤口换药治疗,对照组使用普通医用凡士林油纱换药治疗,其他降糖药物及抗生素等基础治疗一致,经过6个月治疗后观察伤口创面,对比两组疗效。结果:在不改变糖尿病患者用药的情况下,维持空腹血糖<9.0mmol/L,餐后两小时血糖控制在<11.1mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白≤7.0%范围内,在6个月的换药时间内,实验组27名患者16例治愈,7例显效,3例好转,1例无效;对照组27名患者10例治愈,4例显效,4例好转,9例无效,两组总有效率比较有显著差异。结论:血糖控制良好的糖尿病足患者在社区通过使用由大黄、川芎、白芷制成溃疡油外敷换药,有较好的疗效。
Objective： Ulcer oil made from rheum officinale, the rhizome of chuanxiong, and angelica root is used to change a medical prescription and cure the diabetic foot in community outpatient service, and observe the situation of the wound healing. Methods：Divide 54 patients of the diabetic foot into experimental group and matched group. The experimental group used the ulcer oil made from rheum officinale, the rhizome of chuanxiong, and angelica root to change a medical prescription and cure the wound of the diabetic foot, the matched group used the common vaselinum cream and gauze to change a medical prescription and cure; other basic treatments by diabetes medicine and antibiotic are the same, observe the comparative result of the wound surface after 6-month treatment. Results：Under the condition of unchanging the medicine taken by the diabetics, keep the fasting blood-glucose under 9.0 mmol/L, control the blood sugar 2 hours after meal under 11.1 mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin≤7.0%. During the 6-month treatment by changing medical prescription, among 27 patients in the experimental group, there are 16 patients get recovery, 7 patients get obvious effect, 3 patients take a favorable turn, 1 patients are of no effect. In the matched group, there are 10 patients get recovery, 4 patients get obvious effect, 4 patients take a favorable turn, 9 patients are of no effect. There is significant difference in the ratio of recovery and better turn. Conclusion：If the patients with the diabetic foot control the blood sugar better, and change a medical prescription by applying ulcer oil made from rheum officinale, the rhizome of chuanxiong, and angelica root, they will get better curative effect.
