摘要
人力资本理论中认为企业家是企业中重要的资源,对企业的绩效有着重要的贡献。本文对中小企业绩效的研究是从企业家能力的角度进行研究的,对企业家能力、企业创新和企业绩效的关系进行研究,通过问卷调查对其关系进行研究,并对其三者关系提出了理论假设。结果显示:(1)中小企业企业家能力与企业绩效间存在显著的正相关。(2)中小企业企业创新能力与企业绩效间存在显著的正相关。(3)企业创新与企业绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系。另外,企业创新在企业家能力对企业绩效的影响路径中起到部分中介作用。
Human capital theory thinks that entrepreneurs are important resources of enterprises and an important contribution to the firm performance. This paper makes a research on the performance of small and medium - sized enterprises from the angle of the entrepreneurial ability. The relationship between the entrepreneur ability, innovation competence and firm performance are studied through a questionnaire survey, and theoretical assumptions about their relations are put forward. Results showed that: ( 1 ) entrepreneur ability of small and medium - sized enterprises is in significant positive correlation with firm performance; ( 2 ) there is significant positive correlation between innovation competence and firm performance; (3) there is significant positive correlation between enterprise innovation and finn competence. In addition, enterprise innovation plays an partlal intermediary role in the effect of entrepreneurship on firm performance.
