摘要
明确了土木工程房建工程质量的考核要点,从施工前制定质控方案、施工中各环节控制、竣工阶段细节勘察三方面论述了土木工程房建工程的质量保证措施,以期从根本上削弱各项质量问题,保证房建工程的整体质量。
On the basis of understanding house-building engineering quality examination points of civil engineering,the paper discusses its quali-ty guarantee measures from three aspects of construction preparation quality control scheme,in-construction quality control and completion sur-vey,with a view to avoid quality problems and to guarantee integral quality of house-building engineering.
