摘要 在防汛抗旱等水利工作的指挥决策过程中,实时了解灾害现场的情况具有十分重要的意义。全景图像展示是一种虚拟现实技术,利用真实的照片获得三维立体的感觉,具有360°的视角,可获取现场的全方位信息。水旱灾害发生时,在现场进行全景图像资料的采集,经过后台专业拼接处理,最终通过网页或者软件集成的方式发布,能全面反映灾害现场及其他各类次生信息,为防汛抗旱指挥部门迅速把握灾情,发布灾情信息,以及做出正确的决策提供可靠的依据,同时也为后期灾害损失评估提供详实珍贵的历史图像资料。 It is very important to know the situations in the disaster scene timely in the process of commanding and decision-making in the flood control and drought relief works. Panorama demonstration is a kind of virtual reality technology with 3-D effect and 360 degree angle of view. Users can obtain the comprehensive information of the scene. This paper discusses the methods of making the panoramic images, the processes of splicing the images, and how to integrate the panorama into web pages finally. Panorama demonstration can reflect the disaster scene and other kinds of secondary information completely. According to the panoramas, flood control and drought relief headquarters can obtain detailed disaster information, issue warnings to the public, and make the right decision. Panoramas can also offer the accurate and precious historical image data for the later loss assessments of disasters.
