摘要
本文采用半连续乳液聚合方法,通过引入丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)共聚合得到改性的聚醋酸乙烯酯,经过破乳,洗涤,干燥,醇解得到改性聚乙烯醇。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)等手段研究了不同比例的丙烯酸和丙烯酸丁酯对聚乙烯醇结构和溶解性的影响,结果表明,改性聚乙烯醇的溶解性得到明显改善,当AA∶BA=6∶4时,浓度为5%的改性聚乙烯醇水溶液在25℃下静置6.5h就能完全溶解于水中;在磁力搅拌下,25min左右就完全溶解。
Poly(vinyl alcohol)has been synthesized by semi-continues emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate by adding acyclic acid and butyl acrylate followed by breaking the emulsion,washing,drying and saponification. The structure and solubility of poly (vinyl alcohol) has been studied with different proportion of acrylic acid and butyl acrylate by the analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)and Nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR). The result shows that the sol-ubility of poly(vinyl alcohol)has been improved obviously. When AA:BA=6:4,the 5%modified poly(vinyl alcohol)can be com-pletely dissolved in the water about 6. 5 hours at 25 ℃ or 25 minutes with magnetic stirring.
