摘要
在智慧城市的大背景下,人们对城市土地资源的利用范围和程度不断扩展和深入,土地资源的管理与利用迫切需要实现从信息化到智慧化的转型。文章从物联感知、共享协同、智能决策、公众参与等多维度阐述"智慧土地"的内涵与特征,以深圳市为研究区域,提出智慧土地在土地利用规划、地价评估等方面的新型化应用,最后指出智慧土地的应用前景和方向。
In the context of the Smart City, with the continuous expansion of the utilization of the urban land resources, there is an urgent need for the management and utilization of land resources to transform from informatization to intelligentization. This paper described the connotation and the features of Smart Land from the perspective of perception of the Internet of things, sharing and collaboration, intelli- gent decision, public participation and so on. Taking Shenzhen city as the study area, it introduced the new application of Smart Land in land planning and land evaluation, and finally pointed out the prospects and direction of Smart Land application in the future.
