摘要
目的:为医学院校卫生事业管理专业课程改革提供参考。方法:对四所医学院校卫生事业管理专业课程体系进行比较研究,对实习单位相关人士进行访谈。结果:哈尔滨医科大学重视实践教学,重庆医科大学重视自学与科研能力,安徽医科大学重视基础知识的掌握,大连医科大学注重外语教育。结论:加强现代公共管理能力的培养和卫生事业实践技能与科研能力的建设,是医学院校卫生事业管理专业人才培养的方向。
Objective To provide a reference for the curriculum reform of health management specialty in Medical University under the new education reform in China.Methods A comparative study on the professional curriculum system on four medical universities in china and a interview on the relevant personage in the internship units.Results Harbin Medical University attaches great importance to practical teaching. Chongqing Medical University attaches importance to self-study and the ability of scientific research.Anhui Medical University pays attention to the mastery of the basic knowledge.Dalian Medical University focuses on foreign languages.Conclusions Professional courses of health management in Dalian Medical University has the phenomenon of the lack of professional knowledge,we should ensure the English Training and at the same time strengthen the education of professional knowledge and practical skills.
