摘要
应用空气潜孔锤技术在中硬-硬岩层中钻进效率高,钻孔质量好,将Blackstar电磁波无线随钻测量系统与空气潜孔锤技术相结合,在救援钻孔施工中既能提高钻进速度,又能保证钻孔精度。介绍了电磁波无线随钻测量系统工作原理,通过施加减振措施的底部钻具组合,与潜孔锤配合使用进行空气钻井。从现场试验效果来看,减振措施得当,钻进速度快,测量速度和精度高。
The Application of air down - hole hammer in drilling can achieve high efficiency drilling and good hole quality in medium hard to hard rock. It can ensure the high drilling speed and accuracy of hole in the reseue drilling combined with the Blackstar EM - MWD. This article introduces the principle of electromagnetic wave of wireless MWD, through the bottom - hole - assembly applied damping measures combined with air down - hole hammer, it is used for drilling. From the field trial, it has properly vibration damping measures for bottom - hole - assembly, fast drilling speed, high measurement speed and precision.
