摘要
文章研究了宁波能之光新材料科技有限公司生产的高纯聚丙烯(PP)相容剂FH118的接枝率、小分子溶出率、挥发物含量和在高温下的性状。研究结果表明,FH118的马来酸酐接枝率达1.1%,并且具有较低的小分子溶出率(19%)和挥发物含量(1.85%,105℃;2.55%,150℃)。通过在熔融温度下观察性状发现,FH118在熔体状态下不起泡,不发黄;在350℃高温下,FH118表现出较好的热稳定性。
In the paper, the grafting ratio, dissolution ratio, volatiles ratio and appearance at high temperature of high-purity PP compatilizer FH118 were studied. It was confirmed that the grafting ratio was 1.1%, which had reached high level. Furthermore, FH118 had very low dissolution ratio (1.85 %, 105 ℃: 2.55 %, 150 ℃). Under melting temperature, there were not volatilizing bubbles and discoloring; and even under very high temperature (350℃), FHI18 showed good thermostability.
