摘要
近十几年来,随着免疫检测技术、传感技术和碳纳米材料合成技术的发展,碳纳米材料修饰的电化学免疫传感器得到了广泛的应用和发展。文章简述了碳纳米管、碳纳米球、石墨烯、碳纳米角和碳纳米纤维这5种新型碳纳米材料在构建电化学免疫传感器上的应用进展,并对碳纳米材料修饰的电化学免疫传感器的发展前景进行了展望。
In recent years, with the development of electrochemical technology, sensor technology and synthesis technology of carbon nanomaterials, electrochemical biosensors modified with carbon nanomaterials have been widely developed and applied. In the paper, the application of several kinds of novel carbon nanomaterials in electrochemical biosensors, including carbon nanotubcs, graphene, carbon nanosphere, carbon nanohom and carbon nanofiber, are reviewed. Furthermore, the further prospect of electrochemical biosensor with carbon nanomaterials is also proposed.
