摘要
现代学徒制是对传统学徒制的继承与发展。文章立足人才培养模式的内涵和规律对现代学徒制人才培养模式进行研究和分析,从培养目标、体系构架、课程设计和评价机制这几个重点模块进行探讨,为政府制定相关政策、开展现代学徒制试点的职业院校提供理论参考。
Modern apprenticeship is the inheritance and development of traditional apprenticeship. Based on the connotation and law of personnel training model that our higher vocational education urgently study and analyze the modern apprenticeship. The paper deals with the discussion in important modules in regard to training target, architecture, teaching link and assessment mechanism.
