摘要
地面试验的成功为井下试验提供了理论和技术依据,而喷射靶心是径向射流技术地面模拟的重要工具.根据径向喷射破岩机理,结合地层特点,模拟制作了API靶心和含土API靶心,确定了靶心的最佳养护时间及抗压强度在15~45MPa范围的靶心具体组成配方.结合模拟喷射效果可知,水泥胶结API靶心虽然可做出强度差异,但孔渗太小,无法模拟地层孔渗特征,不利于径向射流技术发挥其真正的破岩作用,其用作地面模拟喷射不具可行性.
The success ground test provided theoretical and technical basis for underground test and the jet target was an important tool for ground simulation of radial jet technology.According to the rock-breaking mechanism of radial efflux and combined with formation characteristics,the API jet target and soil-content API jet target were made by simulation.Furthermore the best curing times and the formula for the compressive strength in the range of 15~45MPa were determined.The effect of simulated jetting shows that the cementing API jet target can make the difference in compressive strength but the porosity and permeability are too small to simulate the their characteristics of formation.Therefore it is not favorable for radial jet technology to break rock and it is not feasible for the ground simulation.
