摘要
通过开展小流域综合治理,增加地表植被,可以涵养水源,调节小气候,有效改善生态环境和农业生产基础条件,减少水、旱、风沙等自然灾害,促进产业结构的调整,促进农业增产和农民增收。通过对邢台市水土保持综合治理情况分析,邢台市水土保持工程平均每年保水量362.9万m3,经济效益3665万元,平均每年减少土壤流失量7299万t,经济效益37.036亿元,水土保持工程平均每年基础效益37.40亿元。
The development of comprehensive management of small watershed and the increase of ground vegetation can conserve water and regulate climate, it effectively improves the ecological environment and the basic conditions for agricuhur al production, reduces natural disasters of flood, drought, sandstorm and others, promotes the adjustment of industrial structure, and promoting agricultural production and farmers" income increase. By the analysis of situation of soil and water conservation governance in Xingtai City, the average water holding capacity of 362.9m^3 a year of the soil and water conservation project, the economic benefits of 36.65 million, an average annual reduction of 72.99 million tons of soil loss, the economic benefits of 3.7036 billion, an average annual benefit of soil and water conservation project is 3.74 billion.
