摘要
现代职教体系的构建不仅需要"传统型"教师,更需要"双师型"教师。由于政府职能缺位、高职院校主体角色弱化以及企业深度参与角色缺失,"双师型"教师队伍建设遭遇困境,其在生存制度环境、结构、来源、后续培养等方面的问题依然突出。政府、高职院校、企业应各司其职、各有所作为,才能建立技艺精湛的"双师型"教师队伍,最终服务于构建现代职教体系国家战略的需要。
The construction of modern vocational education system needs not only traditional teachers, but also "double-qualified" teachers. Due to the lack of government function, weakening role of higher vocational colleges and the role absence of enterprises' participation, the construction of "double-qualified" teachers has encountered difficulties in aspects of institutional environment, structure, source, follow-up training, etc. In order to establish a highly-skilled team of "double-qualified" teachers and serve the need of the national strategy to construct modern vocational education system, government, higher vocational colleges and enterprises should carry out their own duties.
