摘要
目的:观察黄芩咳喘敷贴散经穴导入治疗小儿过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将100例过敏性咳嗽患儿随机分为两组,试验组50例用黄芩咳喘敷贴散经穴导入治疗,对照组50例口服开瑞坦治疗,均治疗3周为1个疗程。结果:治疗后试验组咳嗽发作次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床痊愈率为34.0%,总显效率为76.0%;对照组分别为16.0%和56.0%,试验组临床痊愈率和总显效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芩咳喘敷贴散经穴导入能更好地减少过敏性咳嗽发作次数,提高临床疗效。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of children allergic cough treated with Huangqin Kechuan Futie Powder on acupoint by iontophoresis. Methods ： One hundred cases of allergic cough were divided randomly into the treatment group （ n = 50） and the control group （ n = 50）. The treatment group was treated with Huangqin Kechuan Futie Powder on acupoint by iontophoresis and the control group was treated with oral Loratadine. The treatment course was 3 weeks. Results：The clinical cure rate and markedly effective rate of treatment group were 34.00% and 76.00% ,whereas those of the control group were 16.00% and 56. 00%. There were significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The frequency of allergic cough in children attacking can be reduced better treated with Huangqin Kechuan Futie Powder on acupoint by iontophoresis and the clinical effect is improved apparently.
