摘要
车架纵梁在成形时,成形模具镶块一般应用的是Cr12MoV。其表面因产生"积削瘤",导致纵梁翼面拉痕,降低了车架的承重性能。通过对现场生产的改善,反复验证并排除各种可能的因素,最终应用铍铜合金镶块解决纵梁成形翼面拉痕。
Generally, when the truck longeron is stamping, application is Crl2MoV in the inserts of die. Reducing the load-bearing performance of truck longeron, because of built-up edge formed in surface of die causing galls. By the improvement of production, repeating verification, eliminating all possible factors. Finally, application of beryllium copper alloy to solve galling of truck longeron.
