摘要
垂体腺瘤是颅内常见良性肿瘤,由于发病率的提高越来越受到人们的重视,但目前垂体腺瘤的具体发生机制尚不明确。人们对垂体瘤的发病机制众说纷纭,近年来,微小RNAs(microRNAs,miRNAs)的发现为我们研究垂体瘤的发病机制和治疗方法提供了新的思路,研究miRNA与垂体瘤的关系将为垂体瘤的诊断和治疗提供新的思路与方法。
Pituitary adenoma is a common benign intracranial tumor which has been paid more and more attention to by people due to the improvement of its incidence, however, the specific pathogenesis of pituitary adenoma is not clear now, there have been a various of opinions about the pathogenesis of pituitary adenoma, in recent years, the discovery of small RNAs （ mieroRNAs, miRNAs ） provides a new train of thought to study the pathogenesis and therapeutic method of pituitary adenoma, researching the relationship between miRNA and pituitary tumor provides new ideas and methods to diagnose and treat pituitary tumor.
