摘要
川芎嗪是伞形科藁本属川芎(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort)中的生物碱类成分,现已可以人工合成,临床常用于治疗心脑血管等疾病,由于其半衰期短,需频繁给药才能保持其有效血药浓度,给临床应用带来了很多不便,然而透皮给药系统可以弥补其不足。文章查阅近代对川芎嗪透皮研究的相关资料,并对其进行归纳、分析、总结,就影响川芎嗪透皮吸收的因素、透皮方法等透皮给药研究状况及进展进行简要综述,以期为以后川芎嗪新型透皮制剂的相关研究提供参考。
TMP is the main chemical constituents ( alkaloids ) of Ligustieum chuanxiong Hort, which could be synthesized now. It is used clinically in the treatment of cardiovascular and other diseases, but for its short half-life, frequent dosing to maintain its effective blood concentration has brought a lot of inconvenience to the clinical application. However, transdermal drug delivery system could compensate for its shortcomings. The article went through the modern transdermal research on TMP, and then simply concluded, analyzed and summarized the impact factors, methods and other issues of TMP transdermal study in order to offer the reference for the future novel relative research.
