体检人群空腹血糖受损患病率与心血管病危险因素关系分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析体检人群空腹血糖受损(IFG)的患病率与心血管病危险因素关系。方法:记录健康体检22 102人的性别、年龄等资料,测量受检者体质量指数、收缩压、舒张压,检测实验室检查指标。进一步分析IFG患病率,并采用Logistic多元回归方法分析IFG患病率与心血管病危险因素关系。结果:①健康体检人群IFG患病率为13.63%,不同性别、不同年龄段IFG患病率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);②以IFG为因变量,以各研究指标为自变量,进行Logistic多元回归分析显示:年龄、超重或肥胖、收缩压增高、血脂异常、高尿酸、糖尿病家族史等是IFG的心血管病危险因素,而规律运动是IFG的保护因素。结论:健康体检人群IFG患病率高,与多种心血管病危险因素关系密切,应予以重视并提前干预以便有效预防糖尿病及心血管疾病发生。 Objective To Analysis of the Relationship between prevalence of impaired fasting glucose(IFG)and risk factors of cardio-vascular disease in population of healthy examination. Methods Totally 22102 people were investigated during physical examination by re-cording their ordinary materials such as gender,age,etc. measuring their height,body mass Index,blood pressure and their biochemical indicators,and statistical IFG prevalence generally. Logistic regression was used to analysis the relations between IFG prevalence and car-diovascular risk factors. Results ①the prevalence of IFG was 13. 61% ,there are differences between the different gender,age paragraph IFG prevalence,statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 01);②Logistic regression analysis showed that aging,overweight or obesity,SBP in-creased,hypercholesterolemia ,High density lipoprotein decrease,hyperuricemia and Family history of diabetes were the independent risk factors for IFG;However,Regular exercise was the protective factors factor for IFG. Conclusion The IFG is highly prevalent among resi-dents in population of healthy examination. IFG is significantly correlated with multiple cardiovascular risk factors. We should pay more atten-tion to the IFG and risk factors of cardiovascular disease as soon as possible to reduce the incidence of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
