摘要
目的分析预防性盖髓术治疗年轻恒牙畸形中央尖的疗效。方法 23例35颗畸形中央尖患牙均行预防性盖髓术治疗,观察其疗效及治疗后牙根发育情况。结果治疗成功率100%;治疗后2.0~3.5a,未出现牙齿温度刺激或自发痛等牙髓感染症状,X线显示牙根长度继续增长、根管壁不断增厚、根尖孔逐渐缩小及闭合。结论预防性盖髓术治疗年轻恒牙畸形中央尖疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the effect of preventive pulp capping therapy on young permanent central cusp.Methods Twenty-three patients（35teeth）with central cusp teeth received preventive pulp capping therapy,and were observed the therapeutic effect and development of teeth roots.Results The follow-up survey for 2to 3.5years found no postoperative tooth pulp infections,the tooth root continued growing and apical foramen was closed.Conclusions Preventive pulp capping therapy is safe and effective for young permanent central cusp teeth.
