有限切开复位髓内钉内固定治疗简单股骨粗隆下骨折 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨有限切开复位髓内钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆下长斜形骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析自2011-01－2013-05应用小髓内钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆下骨折56例，均采用扩髓型顺行静态锁定髓内钉固定系统，通过外侧有限切开使用钳夹辅助复位，必要时采用钢丝环扎骨折端。结果56例均获随访4～12个月，平均8个月。骨折端均二期愈合,末出现畸形愈合,有连续性骨痂跨过骨折段时间为3—6个月，平均4个月。末次随访时髋关节功能Harris评分：优41例，良10例，可5例。结论有限切开钳夹复位髓内钉内固定治疗长斜形股骨粗隆下骨折具有损伤小、复位满意、固定可靠等优点，骨折愈合快。可早期活动，功能恢复满意，减少了骨折复位不良所造成的并发症。
